Along with these I've completed various Yoga Teacher Training Courses namely,

Yoga Instructor's Course at Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana - S-VYASA,
Bangalore.

200 Hours Yoga Teacher's Training Course at Sivananda Forest Academy,
Neyyar Dam, Trivandrum, India.

500 Hours Yoga Teacher's Training Course at Sivananda Forest Academy, 
Neyyar Dam, Trivandrum, India.

Having completed all these courses and acquiring such a laureate certifications through various competitions I've took up Yoga as my career and started teaching.

Worked with Living Yoga Centre, Hong Kong from 2014 - 2017.
Starting from 2017 till now I'm working with Yoga Shaala, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

தச வாயுக்கள்

தச வாயுக்களும் அதன் பணிகளும்: கண்ணால் காண முடியாத (உயிர், பிராணன், ஜீவன்) எனும் உயிர்க்காற்று நிலவி, நிரவிடும் ( தச வாயுக்களில் ஒன்றான பிராதனமான பிராண வாயு ஆகும்.) பிறந்த உடன் துவக்கிய சுவாசம் இறுதி மூச்சு எனப்படும் மரணம் வரை அவனை வாழ வைக ்கிறது. பிராண வாயுக்களோடு (பிராணன், அபானன், வியானன், உதானன், சமானன்) என்று பெயர்ப்பும் பிரதான ஐந்து வாயுக்களுடன் இதர உப வாயுக்களான (நாகன், கூர்மன், கிருகரன், தேவதத்தன் , தனஞ்செயன் ) என்ற ஐந்து வாயுக்களும் சேர்ந்து தச வாயுக்கள் எனப்படும் பத்து வாயுக்களும் இணைந்திருப்பினும் செயல்படாமல் இருந்தன எனக்கூறலாம். பிராணன் கருவீட்டினின்றும் பெருவீடு என்ற இந்த பிரபஞ்சத்தின் பிடிக்கு வந்த பிறகே இந்த பத்து வாயுக்களும் தத்தம் பணியினைத் துவங்கியது என்பதோடு உடலின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளில் பிராணனோடு இணைந்தும், தனித்தும் பிராணனின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் பங்கேற்கிறது. தச வாயுக்களும் அதன் தன்மைகளும் பிராணன் ஏனைய வாயுக்களுக்கு எல்லாம் தலைமையாக இருந்து அனைத்து உறுப்புகளுக்கும் உயிரூட்டும் வகையில் ரத்த ஓட்டத்தின் மூலம் பிராண வாயுவினை அளித்து வருகிறது. இப்பணிக்...

எண்ணும் எழுத்தும் - உடற்கூறு கணிதம்

21600 மூச்சுக்காற்று உயிரின் இயக்கமே மூச்சுக்காற்றின் இயக்கமாகும். மூச்சுக்காற்றின் இயக்கமே உயிரின் இயக்கமாகும். சித்தர்களின் கணக்குப்படி மனிதனின் மூச்சுக்காற்று நாள் ஒன்றுக்கு 21,600 முறை வந்து போவதாகும். சீவ தேகத்தில் இயங்குகின்ற உயிர்க்காற்று, உச்சுவாசம் (உட்செல்லுதல் 10800/நாள்), நிச்சுவாசம் (வெளியேறுதல் 10800/நாள்) சேர்ந்து ஒரு மூச்சாக விளங்குவது. இப்படி ஒரு தினத்தில் 21,600 மூச்சு நாம் விடுகின்றோம். இம் மூச்சு ஒவ்வொன்றிலும் ஆன்ம சக்திக் கலை (அ+உ = ய) பத்தும் கலந்து வெளிப்பட்டுக் கொண்டே உள்ளது. ஆகையால் நாளொன்றுக்கு வெளிப்படுவது, (21,600 X 10 )= 216000 ஆன்ம சக்திக் கலைகள். சரம் என்றால் மூச்சுள்ளது. அசரம் என்றால் மூச்சில்லாதது. இவையே சித்தர்கள் உலகை அழைப்பதற்குரிய வார்த்தையாக சராசரம் என்று கூறுகிறார்கள். இந்த உலகமே மூச்சை அடிப்படையாக வைத்தது என்பதற்காகவும், அது முட்டையின் வடிவத்தை ஒத்திருப்பது என்பதற்காகவும், அண்ட சராசரம்  (அண்டம் என்றால் முட்டை என்று பொருள்) என்று அழைத்து வந்தனர். 1நிமிடத்திற்கு 15 மூச்சும், 1 மணி நேரத்திற்கு 900 மூச்சும், 1 நாளிற்கு 21,...

Bandha Trayam Of Gitananda Yoga

Bandha Trayam consists of three important neuromuscular locks. These are Moola Bandha (anal lock), Uddiyana Bandha (fly-up, abdominal lock) and Jalandhara Bandha (chin lock). These are applied during different phases of   Pranayama   as well as during the Oli   Mudras   for energy purposes. They are an important component of Yoga Sadhana and especially very important if the practitioner wants to perform Pranayama with long Kumbhakas (restraints). It is dangerous to perform   Kumbhaka   without proper use of the lungs. The Bandhas regulate changes in the intra abdominal and intra thoracic pressures that affect abdominal and thoracic organs to a great extent.
